Dear Dean,

Per our Conversation this morning, this is formal request to meet with you to discuss the Cordevista Project.

As you explained to me, I am not allowed to meet with you or any of your staff without Special Council being present.

I am at a lost as to why after more than 2 years of meeting with you and your staff that now I must request to have Special Council meet with us on our property and application, however, if this is the manor in which Storey County is proceeding with applications that is fine.

Please do schedule the meeting with You, Special Council and me at your earliest convenience. Look forward to speaking with you.
